Before making an application to the university, you will need to find a Ph.D. advisor by contacting Professors directly (Please see the 'How to Apply' page)
UNIVERSITY PH.D. PROGRAM APPLICATION DEADLINES
Once a Professor agrees to be your advisor you can then submit a formal application to the University. If you are applying for a University scholarship from the Office of International Affairs (OIA), your advisor's signature may be needed as evidence that you have found a Professor who is willing to be your Ph.D. advisor on the program.
