In December 2018 (shortly before joining the Ph.D. program - whilst studying for an MBA at NSYSU), Maya presented a paper at the 32nd Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM) Conference in the Organizational Behavior Delivery Stream. The paper won 2 Awards: “ANZAM Conference Best Paper in OB Stream” and “ANZAM Conference Best Paper”.
