JENNET REPRESENTS THE INSTITUTE IN INDIA

Established in 1980, the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad (IMTG) is India’s premier AACSB accredited management school. Ph.D. student, Jennet Achyldurdyyeva was recently invited by Professor Richa (of the Institute of Management Technology) to deliver a guest lecture. This was an excellent opportunity for Jennet to share her knowledge, gain valuable experience and engage in discussion on her topic area.

Jennet and Professor Richa

On 31st January 2020, Jennet attended the Institute of Management Technology to deliver her lecture entitled: 'Diversity Management in the Context of Taiwan: A Case Study of ASE Group Semiconductor Companies".

Reflecting on her experience, Jennet said: "It was my pleasure to represent NSYSU and the Institute of Human Resource Management by giving a guest lecture at the Institute of Management Technology. I would like to thank Professor Richa Saxena for inviting me and for offering the opportunity to meet and share perspectives on diversity management topics with students in her class. I enjoyed sharing my perspective on diversity management in Taiwan with the Indian students - as well informing them about our institute and programs".

The Institute thanks Jennet for her work representing us overseas. Please contact Jennet if you would like to learn more about her research or experience overseas!
