In 2015 Rama Vandavasi presented a paper at the Asian Academy of Management (AOM) International Conference in Hong Kong. The paper was co-authored with his advisor, Professor J.F. Uen.

The paper examined how needs-supply fit (a measure of how well employee's perceived needs and supplied by the organization) affects the attitudes and behaviors of employees.

Well done Rama!
