In February 2016 Ph.D. student Rama Vandavasi presented a paper at the HR Division International Conference (HRIC). The conference was held at the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia.
The paper tests the role of collective psychological ownership between transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behaviour in the hospitality industry. The conference was co-sponsored by the HR Division of the Academy of Management (AOM). Rama's co-authors included Professor Uen (his advisor) and Dr. David McConville (Institute of HRM, NSYSU).
